Customer wishes
The customer's requirement was to suggest an alternative solution for the assembly adhesive. The customer would like to replace the assembly adhesive because he cannot provide the same layer of adhesive along the entire length of the product, and also because it is an unclean way of applying the adhesive.
Our solution
After consulting with the customer, when we passed on all the essential information, we decided to choose a double-sided adhesive tape made of foamed acrylate with acrylic adhesive. This tape has a high temperature resistance. The tape also has good adhesion and is easy to work with.
For better handling, we cut the tape for the customer to the required size and created sheets in the required length.
